Our solid color epoxy coating starts at $8 per square foot, our metallic epoxy floors start at $15 per square foot, and our epoxy flake floors start at $6.50 per square foot. However, please note that these prices are standard estimates and the actual cost of your project may vary based on a number of factors, such as the condition of your current floor and whether there are steps or foundations that need to be covered. We recommend requesting a custom quote from us to get a more accurate idea of the cost for your specific project.
We usually need to know the square footage of the area you want to coat, the type of coating you want, and a description of the surface condition where the work will be executed. Complete curing of the floor may vary according to temperature, ventilation and humidity conditions. For most projects, we recommend at least this minimum, but allow more time if possible.
– After 24 hours: it is possible to walk in the room
– After 2 or 3 days: it is possible to return home appliances (washer, dryer, gym equipment or similar) and furniture
– After 4 or 5 days: it is possible to park vehicles
Upon the final quote approval and signing the contract, it usually takes an average of 3 business days to start work. However, this prediction can change according to the project size, the materials availability and the schedule.
